User Submissions
By submitting your article(s), artwork and webcomic(s) to Singapore Comics Community, you represent and warrant that,
(a) you are the sole owner and author of the article, artwork and Comicsand own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it, or, alternatively, you have acquired all necessary rights in your Submissions to enable you to grant to Singapore Comics Community the rights in your Submissions described herein;
(b) your Submission to Singapore Comics Community gives unconditional rights for us to publish your article on the website, include in our RSS feed, email newsletters, sister websites and forums. We ask publisher(s) to follow reprint rules, but you acknowledge that the enforcement of our terms of service for publishers is at your risk and cost and not ours. In other words, if someone violates your copyright – it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your article(s), artwork and webcomic(s).

There are no guarantees made that article(s), artwork and webcomic(s) will be published. We reserve the right to remove any submission at any time for any reason.
No Considerations
You acknowledge that,
(a) we do not pay for article, blogs, reviews, artwork and Comics submissions. The primary reason for submitting your article, blogs, reviews, artwork and Comics to Singapore Comics Community is for the chance to be viewed by our target audience.
If you wish to be compensated in any way, now or in future, do not contribute or submit to Singapore Comics Community.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will any of the Singapore Comics Community parties be liable for:
(a) any indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages or
